CAUSE NO. 412 OF 2022 By (1) Nyabando Nyagaka Joseph and (2) Charles Ondieki Nyabando, both of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogero Intabo Nyang’au, who died at Mwamosioma Sub- location, on 18th December, 2017. CAUSE NO. E473 OF 2022 By (1) Jane Kerubo Mwebi and (2) Samwel Gori Mwebi, both of P.O. Box 854–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mwebi Kerongo, who died at Bosongo Location, on 31st August, 2001.
