TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2022 By (1) Jossiah L. Mrashui and (2) Samuel Kalema Mrashui, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nancy Wawasi Laban, who died at Mtwapa, on 19th February, 2016. CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2023 By Duftone Kadeghe Mwawaza, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eddah Mkamwangala Mwanyolo alias Edda M. Mwanyolo, who died at Mwangea Sub-location, on 10th February, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
