TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2023 By Margaret Wangui Kareithi, of P.O. Box 121–00221, Matathia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kariithi Kaime alias Kariithi Kaima, who died at Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 11th October, 2011. CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2023 By (1) Mary Wanjiku Wamuti and (2) Michael Gathiru Wamuti, both of P.O. Box 71–00221, Matathia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Wamuti Munge, who died at Nyambari, on 13th June, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
