TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 119 OF 2022 By (1) Teresiah Wanjiku Mungai and (2) Josephat Karanja Mungai, both of P.O. Box 2837–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Mungai Njuguna, who died at Githunguri, on 2nd April, 1983. CAUSE NO. 11 OF 2023 By George Nganga Gatambia, of P.O. Box 5–00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Thogori Gatambia, who died at Githunguri, on 16th January, 2010. CAUSE NO. 17 OF 2023 By Samuel Gaithuru Muigai, of P.O. Box 3069, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Nyokabi Muigai, who died on 27th March, 2016. CAUSE NO. 24 OF 2023 By (1) Joseph Njuguna Kungu, (2) Margaret Wambui Kungu and (3) Martin Karanja Kungu, all of P.O. Box 16–00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kungu Njuguna, who died at Holy Family Catholic Hospital in Kenya, on 13th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. 26 OF 2023 By Eliud Muiruri Nganga, of P.O. Box 388–00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Nganga Kariuki, who died at Githunguri, on 6th May, 2022.
