TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2023 By Stephen Wanjohi Waweru, of P.O. Box 944, Karatina in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wangui Waweru Macharia alias Wangui Waweru, who died at Kiera, Ruiru, on 23rd September, 2010. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2023 By Simon Mwangi Chege, of P.O. Box 6, Kagio in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanjiku Chege Mukuna, who died at Kagio Nursing, on 21st December, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
