E26 OF 2023 By Joel Oriema Odongo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odongo Awuor, who died on 21st May, 1982. CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2023 By Tiberius Onyango Otieno, the deceased’s stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilarus Oyuga Ouko alias Laris Oyuga Ouko, who died at Konya, on 4th July, 1983. CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2023 By (1) E. Charles Okech and (2) Mary Atieno Okech, the deceased’s father and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Auma Okech, who died on 14th August, 2022. CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2023 By (1) Bathlomew Oguta Seda, (2) Beatrice Akinyi Seda and (3) Evalyne Akoth Seda, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hesbon Seda Orera, who died on 5th April, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
