TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 228 OF 2022 By John Lamiri Mramba, of P.O. Box 29–80108, Kilifi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kadzo Mueni Mramba, who died at Chumani, on 24th October, 2021. CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2023 By Tabu Stoo Shikari, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stoo Askari Kiti, who died at Kilifi, on 24th August, 2011. CAUSE NO. 44 OF 2023 By (1) Sumazi Kopo Bomu and (2) Kopo Tsuma Bomu, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gibson Kopo Bomu, who died on 29th August, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
