TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2023 By Nehemiah Benjamin Wainaina Hika, of P.O. Box 21, Bahati in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hika Wainaina, who died at Kirima Sub- location, on 14th March, 2005. CAUSE NO. 7 OF 2023 By Susana Gathoni Muchomba, of P.O. Box 10, Kinamba in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Wamaitha Kabutu, who died at Donyo Loip Sub-location, on 8th August, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
