TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2022 By Betty Tindi Masinde, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Naswa Masinde, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 18th December, 2019. CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2022 By Hadson Kiamet Chemositi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chesos Chesiro Chemosit, who died at Cheptonon Sub-location, on 10th September, 1973. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
