TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2023 By Esther Anona Mulanda, of P.O. Box 95, Matete in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mulanda Bunuka, who died at Tombo Sub-location, on 10th April, 1997. CAUSE NO. 30 OF 2023 By Leonidah Khalenya Matambajele, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matambache Mbakaya, who died at Sasala Sub-location, on 20th April, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
