E88 OF 2023 By Moses Oryach Ongango, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Ongango Owuor, who died on 8th July, 1993. CAUSE NO. E89 OF 2023 By (1) Hellen Akoth Oganga and (2) Margaret Akoth Oganga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Oganga Onyango, who died on 4th April, 2013. CAUSE NO. E90 OF 2023 By Margaret Oduor Malowa, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ojwang Otieno, who died on 4th December, 1992. CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2023 By (1) Julius Owino Ongwek and (2) Peter Wakida Ongwek, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ongwek Oyimbo, who died on 28th August, 1976. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
