E30 OF 2023 By Erick Otieno Warwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Orinda Warwa alias Elijah Orinda, who died on 7th May, 1999. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2023 By Christin Agola Wakiaga, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Wakiaga Okoth, who died on 23rd April, 2016. CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2023 By Tom Odoyo Oketch, the deceased’s stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magdalina Arwa alias Magdarina Arwa, who died on 8th November, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
