E7 OF 2022 By Milicent Akinyi Dula, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathius Dula Ogango, who died at Omia Diere, on 6th February, 1999. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2022 By Martin Mito Omoti, the deceased’s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Audi Ogango, who died at Omia Diere sub-location, on 10th September, 1993. CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2022 By Syprosa Langi Okumu, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresa Odila Ngode alias Teresia Odila w/o Ngode alias Teresia Odila, who died at Ndigwa, on 9th April, 1979. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2023 By (1) Clement Akoth Omondi and (2) Sylvester Otieno Omondi, the deceased’s nephews, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marck Odero Akoth alias Mark Odero Akoth, who died on 28th June, 2002.
