TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 271 OF 2018 By Grace Akinyi Odhiambo, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Osodo Opiyo Osodo, who died on 15th August, 1990. CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2023 By Fredrick Odhiambo Okode, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Okode Misango, who died at St. Luke Hospital in Kenya, on 4th September, 2017. CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2023 By (1) Joran Ochieng Adhiambo and (2) Maurine Achieng Ogalo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Osewe Ojwang alias Samson Osewe Ojwanga, who died at Uyawi, on 22nd December, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
