Box 2660–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Arimi M’Ibari alias M’Remi M’Ibari, who died at Kaongo Sub-location, on 20th July, 2013. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2023 By (1) John Mbaya, (2) Patrick Murerwa Mbui, (3) George Mbaabu Mbui, (4) John Buuri Mbui and (5) Purity Nkuene Wachira, all of P.O. Box 2660, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Itunga Kamwira alias Itunga Kamwira, who died at Kithirune, on 13th April, 1989.
