REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mohamed Bwanamkuu Ali, of P.O. Box 76, Lamu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.0711 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Lamu District, known as L.R. No. 12852/226, registered as C.R. 69051/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
