REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Noel Mwanyika Mwaluda, of P.O. Box 90132, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as lessee from the government of Kenya, for a term of 99 years, of all that piece of land situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, known as L.R. No. 13559/I/MN, registered as C.R. 51520, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period under the provisions of section 33 (3) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
