REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Nassor Abdalla and (2) Esha Nasoro Abdallar, both of P.O. Box 59, Vipingo in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 2.016 hectares or thereabout, known as LR. No. 1705/77, situate in the Kilifi Town in Kilifi District, registered under C.R. 22255, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
