WHEREAS The Olive Garden Hotel Limited, of P.O. Box 54702– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/380/9 (now Nairobi/Block 27/369), situate in the city of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance, registered in volume N99 folio 171 file 14074, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the indenture of conveyance has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a freehold title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
