THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Stephen Yego Lang’at and (2) Anthony Kemei Lang’at, both of P.O. Box 637, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, as administrators of the estate of Lawrence Lang’at Kipsoi, the registered proprietors of all piece of land known as LR. No. 2116/40/XVII, situate in Kitale Township in trans Nzoia District, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. No. 3193/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
