REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gerald Juma Osendo, of P.O. Box 1100, Kakamega in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kakamega, known as E/Wanga/Lubinu/1193, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land has been lost or misplaced, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
