REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Geoffrey Mwangi Kinyanjui (ID/13029691) and (2) Grace Wacera Kinyanjui, both of P.O. Box 221–00217, Limuru in the Republic of Kenya, as administrators of the estate of Kinyanjui Kabiru (deceased), the registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Tigoni/Mabrouke Block 1/374, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided that no objection has been received within that period.
