REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jerobon Tuwei (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Soy/Kapsang Block 5 (Ziwa)/139, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the court has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of William Kipkemboi Chumba, of P.O. Box 1462– 30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and issue land title deed in the name of William Kipkemboi Chumba, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jerobon Tuwei (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
