REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Baraza Maurice Otungar alias Maurice Baraza Otungar (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Subukia/Subukia West Block 1/1041, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Butali in succession cause No. 101 of 2018, has issued grant in favor of Kevin Otungar, whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Baraza Maurice Otungar alias Maurice Baraza Otungar (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50 in the name of Kevin Otungar, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Baraza Maurice Otungar alias Maurice Baraza Otungar (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
