REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Godfrey Wairegi Karuri (deceased), of P.O. Box 59288–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.66 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, known as Loc. 9/Kiruri/1356, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Murang’a in succession cause No. 1220 of 2012, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Jelioth Wanjira Karuri, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Jelioth Wanjira Karuri, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Godfrey Wairegi Karuri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
