REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Maina Karinga (deceased), of P.O. Box 140, Kimathe in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land containing 0.81 and 1.9 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, known as Loc. 13/Gitugi 1746 and 1383, respectively, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Murang’a, in succession cause No. 184 of 2019 has issued grant and confirmation letters to Gladys Wambui Maina, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Gladys Wambui Maina, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Maina Karinga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
