APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to Article 176 of the Constitution of Kenya that establishes County Assembly for each County Government as read together with section 12 (3) (d) of the County Governments Act and section 8 and 9 of the County Assembly Services Act and the First Schedule thereto, the County Assembly of Kilifi approved and appointed— John Harold Kombe, Fatuma Abdullahi Abdi, to be fourth and fifth members of the Kilifi Couty Assembly Service Board, respectively, with effect from the 22nd March, 2023. The tenure and grounds for removal or vacation of office and responsibilities are set out in section 12 (5), 6 and (7) of the County Governments Act and section 10 and 11 of the County Assembly Services Act.
