THAT the Respondent be and is hereby directed to surrender the motor vehicles registration numbers KDE 361R, Nissan Serena, Station Wagon and KDB 782F, Toyota Probox, Station Wagon to the custody of the applicant within 7 days herein. 3. THAT the Respondent be and is hereby directed to surrender the original logbooks of the motor vehicles registration numbers KDE 361R, Nissan Serena Station Wagon and KDB 782F, Toyota Probox, Station Wagon to the Applicant within 7 days herein. 4. THAT an order be and is hereby issued directing the Director General of the National Transport and Safety Authority to register a caveat against the records of the motor vehicles specified in order 1 above.
