NOTICE is given pursuant to section 29 of the Trustee Act (Cap.167) laws of Kenya, that any person having a claim or an interest in the estate of the late Pritam Singh Panesar (deceased), of P.O. Box 46235–00100, Nairobi, who died in Nairobi on the 28th July, 2018, is required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the undersigned on or before the expiry of ninety (90) days from the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he has had notice and will not as respects the property so distributed be liable to any person whose claim he shall not then have had notice.
