REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle registration No. KBP 378A, Toyota Corolla, which is lying at the premises of Gifo Auto Garage, situated at Falcon Road, off Enterprise Road, Industrial Area, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all storage charges and repairs failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold by public auction or private treaty without further notice and proceeds therefrom will be utilized to defray storage charges and any other incidental costs and any other shortfall will be collected from the owner of the vehicle by legal proceeding.
