NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) to the owner of the following vehicle(s) to take delivery of it within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding charges and any incidental costs including the cost of publishing this notice, failing which the said vehicle(s) will be sold either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against any accrued charges and the balance if any shall remain at the owner’s credit but should there be a shortfall the owner shall be liable.
