NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 1st March, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 259, in Volume B-13, Folio 2264/192564, File No. 1637, by our client, Sara Jae Rashid, formerly known as Sara Asgharali Hemraj, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Sara Asgharali Hemraj and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Sara Jae Rashid, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate describe and address her by her assumed name Sara Jae Rashid only.
