Box 43281, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Kristian Kinuthia May (minor), formerly known as Kristian Kinuthia- Matanga May, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Kristian Kinuthia-Matanga May and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kristian Kinuthia May, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate describe and address him by his assumed name, Kristian Kinuthia May only.
