NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 7th February, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 303, in Volume DI, Folio 93/1111, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Abdallah Kibadeni Odero, of P.O. Box 5197, Ukunda in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Stephen Isuvi Odero, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Stephen Isuvi Odero and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdallah Kibadeni Odero, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate describe and address him by his assumed name Abdallah Kibadeni Odero only.
