NOTICE is given that by a deed poll 23rd February, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as presentation No. 102, in volume B-13, Folio 2262/19223, File No. 1637, by our clients, Antony Muli Munyalo and Velma Alukhaba Omutinyu (guardians) on behalf of Hadassah Lenah (minor) formally known as Lenah Myra formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Lenah Myra and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name of Hadassah Lenah for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to describe her by her name Hadassah Lenah only.
