NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 11th November, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 724, in Volume B-13, Folio 2242/19006, File No. 1637, by our client, Giovanni Merali, formerly known as Ghalib Shiraz Gulamhussein Janmohamed, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Ghalib Shiraz Gulamhussein Janmohamed and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Giovanni Merali, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate describe and address her by her assumed name Giovanni Merali only.
