APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 35 (1) (b) of the Nairobi International Financial Centre Act, 2017, the Judicial Service Commission appoints— Debra Ajwang, Karumba Kinyua, Kithinji Sylvia, Michoma Beth Kemunto, to be members of the Financial Centre Tribunal, for a term of three (3) years, with effect from the 6th April, 2023.
