IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 39 (2) (b) of the Political Parties Act, 2011, the Judicial Service Commission appoints— Abdirahman Adan Abdikadir, Jin Mohamed Huzna, to be members of the Political Parties Disputes Tribunal, for a non- renewable term of six (6) years, with effect from the 6th April, 2023.
