REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Githinji Maina, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.0480 and 2.469 hectares or thereabout, registered under title Nos. Mutara/Mutara Block II/1940 (Uruku) and Sosian/Sosian Block 3/807 Maundu ni Meri), respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
