REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Elizabeth Njoki Kariuki, (2) George Macheho and (3) Elizabeth Njoki Mungai, all of P.O. Box 22173–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, as the administrators of the estate of Stephen Mungai S. Kamau (deceased), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 170/19, situate in the south East of Limuru in Kiambu District, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered in Nairobi as volume N 17 folio 289/21 file 5868, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the administrators have indemnified the government of the Republic of Kenya from and against all actions, proceedings and clains that may arise after reconstruction of register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
