REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nathan Muriithi Gathiga (ID/5944174), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.767 hectares or thereabout, registered under title No. Marmanet North/Rumuruti Block 2/3510(Ndurumo), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of the said parcel of land has been lost or misplaced and all efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstructed the land register (green card) as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
