WHEREAS Peter Kimani Mureru (ID/0521872), of P.O. Box 30078, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Makuyu/Kariaini Block 11/779, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the green card provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
