REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jane Muthoni Kimaru, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 10.85 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, registered under title No. Mweiga/Thungare Block I/46, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) issued thereof has been lost, and efforts to trace it has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land register (green card) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
