REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Paul Weru Thumbi, of P.O. Box 33, Kiganjo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.00 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, registered under title No. Ndathi Settlement Scheme/305, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) issued thereof has been lost, and efforts to trace it has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land register (green card) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
