REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gatoho Mutitika alias Gatoho Mutitika “B” (deceased), is registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as Lari/Bathi/369, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Limuru in succession cause No. 14 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration to Geoffrey Mungai Gatoho, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Gatoho Mutitika alias Gatoho Mutitika “B” (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instruments of R. L. 19 and R. L. 7 in favour of the said as Geoffrey Mungai Gatoho, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gatoho Mutitika alias Gatoho Mutitika “B” (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
