THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Martin M’Imanyara M’Itonga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kiirua/Ruiri/1688, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the High Court of Kenya in succession Cause No. 295 of 2016, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Florence Kinaitore M’IManyara (ID/2377530), and whereas the said court has executed land application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19, and whereas the title deed in respect of Martin M’Imanyara M’Itonga (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 in name of Florence Kinaitore M’IManyara (ID/2377530), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Martin M’Imanyara M’Itonga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
