REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Chege Njuguna (deceased), is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land containing 1.25 hactares or thereabout, each, known as Nyandarua/Silibwet/803, 804 and 805, and whereas the chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyahururu in succession cause No. 213 of 2018, has issued letters of administration to John Gitau Chege (ID/5768327) and (2) George Kamau Chege (ID/11266791), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Peter Chege Njuguna (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Chege Njuguna (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
