THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Reuben Muviti Nzomo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land containing 0.10 and 0.40 hectare or thereabouts, situated in the district of Kitui, known as Kisasi/Kavasya/52 and 59, respectively, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court of Kenya in succession Cause No. 135 of 2010, has issued letters of administration to Mbuya Muviti Nzomo, and whereas the land title deed issued to Reuben Muviti Nzomo (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with registration of the said instrument L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to Mbuya Muviti Nzomo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Reuben Muviti Nzomo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
