THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Moses Ntari ole Ketukei (deceased), is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land containing 202.34 hectares or thereabout, each, known as Kajiado/Mailua/2252 and 2254, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kajiado in succession cause No. 125 of 2015, has issued a grant in favour of (1) James Lemayian Ntari, (2) Michael Sunte Oloitipitip, (3) Nkonina Peli and (4) Joseph Sairiamu Sennei to be registered as administrators, and whereas the land title deeds issued are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration in favour of the administrators, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Moses Ntari ole Ketukei (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
