THE PHYSICAL AND LAND USE PLANNING ACT

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 32 (1) of the Physical Land Use Planning Act (PLUPA), 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above Inter-County Physical and Land Use Development Plan was on the 12th April, 2023, completed. The plan relates to land situated within the counties of Machakos, Makueni and Kajiado. A copy of the plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection free of charge at: (a) The County Government of Makueni, County Commissioner’s Building, 3rd Floor, Wing B. (b) The County Government of Machakos, Mbolu Malu Road (Adjacent to County Commissioner’s Office). (c) The County Government of Kajiado, DC’s Road, Kajiado. (d) The Ministry of Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development, Ardhi House, 1st Ngong Avenue, off Ngong Road, Nairobi. (e) The Konza Technopolis Development Authority, 7th Floor, Konza Complex, Nairobi – Mombasa-Konza Road. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may sent the same to Sonia Nzilani (Dr.), Chairperson of the Inter-County Joint Physical and Land Use Planning Committee, P.O. Box 78–90300, Makueni and/or Email: lands@makueni.go.ke and such representations or comments shall state the grounds upon which they are made not later than fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication.
